Delivery Information

Christmas Delivery

There are no guarantees that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. The last recommended postage date for Royal Mail delivery for Christmas is Friday the 16th December 2022. If you order after Thursday the 15th December 11:59pm, your order will be posted via Royal Mail standard delivery on Monday the 18th December and we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the correct address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-4 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).

UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is £3.95 using Royal Mail 48hr delivery.

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £40

UK Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery option for £6.95 for a tracked 24hr Royal Mail express delivery.

What to do if your order does not arrive?

Please contact us at [email protected] if your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery time of 10 days, and we will be happy to help you with your query. We will not be able to help you after the 30 day period.

Refunds and Returns

We are happy to accept returns of our products in the same condition as you received them within 30 days.
